ACTIVE TIMES/PACE: my schedule is all over the place, but I try to reply quickly. usually late afternoons/evenings - EST timezone.
BRACKETS/PROSE: both. situational. i prefer prose, however.
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS & TRIGGERS: for myself, personally, i have severe emetophobia. so i'm uncomfortable with sick scenes unless it's not stomach/gastro related.

IN CHARACTER

PHYSICAL AFFECTION: yes, yes and very yes. alistair aches for positive reinforcement in the form of affection.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: open to! he's a (former? still current?) grey warden and he's proficient with a sword and shield.
RELATIONSHIPS: i am VERY OPEN to writing ships with this boy. i love the idea of playing alistair as a closeted gay man, or at least bisexual with a strong preference for men. he's just, you know, very busy running away from gay thoughts. i am open to shipping him with anyone he has good rapport with, i don't have any huge preferences on whom; but i do like him flustering around zevran and fenris. him having huge crushes over pretty elven men is not lost on him and NO HE'S NEVER SPEAKING OF IT???

but i am open to anything! other fantasy canons/baldur's gate is also fine! or other dragon age characters. tease him, it's fun and easy.
PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: ask me about this if you're playing a psychic character as this is all dependent on where i am taking him from and what state he is in. as a rule i do not default to any particular world state, so i can play alistair as a warden, a drunk or a king. but each has their own thought processes/worries/and mental states.
MAGICAL INFORMATION: he's full of awkward anxiety, which isn't at all magical. alas.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: battle-torn and scarred, alistair also is stricken with the blighted blood that all grey wardens suffer with. maybe the warden finds a cure, maybe something can some of rp. either way it has shortened his lifespan considerably.
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS & TRIGGERS: typical fantasy racism/slavery/dragon age nonsense. but alistair himself isn't prone to delving too deeply about these subjects, unless pressed. his internal homophobia about himself is stark. he triggers himself, more than anything.

OUT OF CHARACTER

BACKTAGGING: always! i do tend to drop tfln threads when they either feel like they have made it to a conclusion, or if the interest drops. but if the interest remains, i will do my best to continue tagging as long as the flow is... flowing?
THREADHOPPING: no thanks.
FOURTHWALLING: not interested.
NOT INTERESTED IN: eh. i'm pretty open. if you're concerned about boundaries please hit me up.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

VISUAL: alistair is a tall, beefy man! training and his time as a warden has left him fit and dangerous. but if he's prone to drinking more than he would be softer around the middle. he's handsome with boyish charm and an easy, teasing grin. if crowned he has grown a sense of regality to him, and he lost some of that muscle mass to be a bit more slender in build.
AURAL: typical fantasy british? not too heavily accented, but he has a playful lilt in his tone, and he is very good at whining.
OLFACTORY: leather, metal (and if your character can smell such things, blight.) he bathes regularly and smells rather clean in general, unless he's been mucking about afield. then he stinky.
DEMEANOUR: generally friendly! born to be sarcastic, charming- maybe not... so witty, but he tries his best.
